Our Privacy Officer will commence an investigation into your complaint. You will be informed of the outcome of your complaint within a reasonable period following completion of the investigation.
If you are not satisfied with our response to your complaint, you may also make a complaint to the Office of the Australian information Commissioner (OAIC) about the handling of your personal information. The OAIC has the power to conduct investigations, impose penalties and/or award compensation in appropriate cases.
